Join us at this popular class where we make a classic Indian meal which you can easily replicate in your own home.
At this class we will be making a paste which is the basis for all good curry recipes. We will also be making a selection of great side dishes to go with your meal. This is a great class if you what to learn how to make great tasting dishes at home.
Dishes include Lamb Biryani Ka Kesar, a Basmati Rice, Chilli with Coriander & Lime Relish, Spicy Chickpeas and Potatoes with Yoghurt.
This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
