Fish and Shellfish Class
The Fish and Shellfish cookery class combines these two individual classes and will give you a complete overview of how to buy, prepare and clean your produce in a demonstration followed by the cooking of three great dishes which you can replicate at home for your family and friends.
At this class you will prepare a Seabass with Oriental Flavours, Red Thai Curry Mussels and Sole with Asparagus and Mint.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours during the week and 4 hours on Saturday with plenty of time to cook the dishes, then sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
When this class takes place during the week, as it will last approximately 3 hours, there is a slight adaptation to the evening menu.
