Classics with a Twist – Easter Cooking
Our Classics with a Twist cookery class is a great class for cooks interested in being a little more creative in the kitchen. These Easter recipes are all tried and tested and you will create a tasty meal which could be served at any dinner party.
This class we will cook a Leg of Lamb, Mint Jus, Fondant Potatoes and a Tarte Tatin.
This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine.
It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
