Curry and Beer
Allow our chef to guide you through cooking a beautiful curry whilst sampling beers that complement the dishes prepared.
This is a practical class where you will learn to work with spices and how to create a great curry dish at home alongside a selection of great side dishes. You will cook the curry from the raw ingredients, making a paste and transforming this into a great main course following the chefs step by step process. Alongside the cookery session we will complete a beer tasting of three beers.
The menu for this class is a Lamb Madras Curry alongside Bombay Potatoes, Pilau Rice and Naan Bread. This will be served with a tasting of three great beers paired to the meal.
