Classic Pastry Class
Join us at the Cookery School for a guided class of making pastry. At this class our chef will guide you through the tips and techniques to make delicious treats.
At this cookery class we will make a selection of some of the following: a Souffle, Madeleines and a Tarte Tatin.
The class lasts approximately 3 hours during the week and 4 hours on a Saturday, with plenty of time to bake and sit back and enjoy your tasty delights.
We also include a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
