On this practical class our Chef will take you through how to be prepared well in advance so you can enjoy the perfect Christmas lunch. The chef will give you helpful hints and tips on selecting ingredients and perfecting the extra touches to impress your guests.
At this class you will learn to make a selection of seasonal Christmas accompaniments and pudding in advance of Christmas day.
You will learn how to make delicious chutneys, a cranberry sauce and Christmas puddings at this class and the chef will be on hand to give you handy tips and tricks all cooks should know.
This is a great class to get practical tips to make your Christmas meal go smoothly.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy some tasting plates with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
