Vegetables, Pulses and Herbs Class – Tasty Vegan Cooking
We all know that we could be healthier with our diets and that we should all eat more pulses and vegetables. This class is perfect for vegetarians and vegans, or those wanting to use these dishes to accompany any main course.
At this class we will make a selection of dishes which are not just standout main courses but are a great healthy accompaniment to fish and meat. This class is suitable to all, not just vegetarians and vegans.
We will cook butternut squash, spinach and orzo soup, chickpeas, fennel and peppers, bulgar wheat, harissa and kale and a quinoa salad at the class. We will also indulge in making tasty dressings to go with a perfect seasonal salad.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours during the week, with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
