Mastering Christmas Cooking
On this practical class our Chef will take you through how to prepare the perfect starter and delicious Ham as part of the perfect Christmas lunch. The chef will give you helpful hints and tips on selecting ingredients and perfecting the extra touches to impress your guests.
Christmas cooking can be overwhelming for everyone involved and this class will try to focus on the starters and the ham with a demonstration of a Classic Turkey.
Traditionally we all serve a soup and a starter of salmon and prawns. At this class you will learn to make a selection of seasonal Smoked Salmon Blinis with Creme Fraiche that will impress your guests as soon as they sit down at your table for Christmas lunch.
The chef will then demonstrate how to prepare a Classic Turkey dinner. You will get stuck in to making your own delicious Slow Baked Ham for a perfect lunch and the chef will be on hand to give you handy tips and tricks all cooks should know. To finish, you will prepare an Individual Christmas Pudding.
This is a great class to get practical tips to make your Christmas meal go smoothly.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy a selection of your dishes along with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
