Join us at our first meat masterclass where you will get to make a porchetta to take home, a braised dish alongside carpaccio of beef. You will get the chance to taste and learn how to cook a Cote de Boeuf to share, alongside essential sauces.
This is a busy demonstration and hands–on cooking class which will focus on basic kitchen techniques, knife skills, marinades, dressings & classic sauces.
This class lasts approximately 4 hours on a Saturday, with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
