Margaritas and Mexican Cooking
Join us in the cookery school at James Street as we take you through how to recreate classic Mexican dishes at home and enjoy selection of South American cocktails.
Our Chef will show you how to make a selection of Mexican rice and bean dishes, including Scallop Ceviche to start, Green Chilli Braised Beef with Potatoes and Caramelised Onions with dips including a salsa and guacamole.
This class is suitable for all, meat eaters and vegetarians, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with your margarita. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
