Fish and Shellfish Masterclass
Living on an Island we are surrounded by copious amounts of fish, molluscs and crustaceans. Learn how best to prepare and cook a range of shellfish and fish.
Join us at our first fish masterclass where you will get to make a baked scallop, salmon en croute, a monkfish curry and lobster thermidor.
It is a great class to learn how to buy, clean and fillet fish and what to cook with it when you are making your meal plans. Under the chef’s guidance and you will get the opportunity to ask questions and pick up handy hints and tips. A great class for those interested in learning how to cook and serve fish for meal times and dinner parties.
This class lasts approximately 4 hours on a Saturday with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
