We welcome you to the ever popular Steak Class, where our Chef will teach you to cook the perfect steak and the accompaniments as well as learning techniques and tips on how to handle a knife for cooking.
We hope the name tells you everything you need to know about this practical cookery class. Once the chef takes you through the different cuts of meat, you will get the opportunity to cook your steak to your liking, make the sauces which go with all great steaks.
The menu at this class will consist of learning to cook a steak perfectly and making a selection of seasonal sauces, including Bearnaise and Red wine shallot.
This class lasts approximately three hours, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine.
