Italian Cooking with Ravioli and Tortellini
Let our chef help you create iconic dishes, perfecting Italian techniques and then you will sit back and relax at our chefs table and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
We are excited to add this new class to the ever popular range of Italian cooking classes which have been a staple on the Cookery School calendar.
We will make a selection of some of the following fresh pastas;
BlackTruffle Trompette Tortellini
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil Gnocchi
and a Duck Ragu
This class lasts approximately 3 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours on a Saturday.
You will have plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine.
It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
