Let our chef help you create iconic dishes, perfecting French techniques and then you will sit back and relax at our chefs table and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
France is the culinary home of all the great cooking that comes out of the James Street kitchen. Being able to create the basics well is a skill which we can all learn from and use often in the kitchen.
At this French class we will make:
a starter of Mackerel Pate,
Steak Diane with Dauphinoise Potatoes
and a Chocolate Orange Mousse to finish.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
