Vegetarian Indian Cooking
Join us at this vegetarian class where we make a classic Indian meal which you can easily replicate in your own home with or without meat and fish.
At this class we will be making a selection of great dishes and naan bread to go with your meal. This is a great class if you what to learn how to make great tasting dishes at home.
Dishes will include the following:
Potatoes with Tumeric, Chilli and Lime
Vegetable Lentil Curry
Lavender & Pistachio Pilau Rice
Cauliflower, Carrots with a Coconut Dressing
and a Chickpea Curry
This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
