One Pot Wonders
Learn under the tuition of our chef on how to prepare and cook fantastic one pot wonders.
We all know how busy life is with work, family and social activities, that’s why this class is designed to pull together a meal which any chef would be proud to serve to guests for that mid week dinner. Using the classic term of one pot, this class will show you how to make three great dishes for any day.
The dishes for this class will include:
Pork Shoulder with Black Olives
Classic Risotto with Crab and Peas
with a demonstration of Focaccia Bread.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours on a weekday evening, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine.
It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
