We welcome you to the Cookery School as we take you through the Best of Italy.
Allow our chef to guide you through a great selection of dishes including:
Aglio, Olio and Peperoncino
Confit Rabbit with Polenta and Black Olive
with a demonstration of Cacio e Pepe.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
