Join us at this new class as we take you through how to create dishes which you can easily replicate in your own home.
We welcome you to the Cookery School as we take you through a selection of fish dishes using the pizza oven.
Allow our chef to guide you through a great selection of ingredients and dishes including:
Scallops with Seaweed Butter
Squid & Pork Belly
Whole Baked Fish
and a selection of Roasted Vegetables
This class lasts approximately 4 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
