Classic Curry from around the World
This class will take you on tour of 3 classic curries from around the world.
The session will guide through making a Thai Green Curry, an Indian Vegetable Curry as well as the Chaing Mai Curry. Our chef will help you discover a range of spices to broaden your pallet. As well as teach you how to cook and prepare the rice to accompany all three dishes.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours, plenty of time to cook then sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery school apron and recipes to take home.
