This is a great class for first timers or people who would like a little inspiration for their next BBQ.
At this class you will learn how to brine, how to make a spice mix, along with marinades and rubs.
You will be using the BBQ to cook beef ribs, make a marinade for Pork Belly and a fennel marinade to BBQ your seabass. In addition to this, you will learn how to make great side dishes, including new potato salad, couscous with peas, mint and feta, to accompany your main course.
This class lasts approximately four hours, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a cookery school apron and recipes to take home.
