Gluten Free Cooking
The Cookery School at James Street South welcomes you to an evening of Gluten Free Cooking.
This is a new class to the Cookery School and is not just for those who would like to learn how to cook a few dishes which are great for people with an intolerance to gluten but anyone who would like to add some new dishes to their repertoire.
At this Gluten Free cooking class we will be making a Sundried Tomato Bread, Chicken & Harissa Traybake followed by a Flourless Chocolate Cake.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
