Chinese Curry and Beer
Join us at the cookery school where we take you through making a Chinese meal at home, whilst sampling beers that complement the dishes prepared.
This is a practical class where you will learn to work with spices and how to create a great curry dish at home alongside a selection of great side dishes. You will cook the curry from the raw ingredients, making a paste and transforming this into a great main course, whilst learning how to make the perfect rice as you follow the chefs step by step instructions.
Alongside the cookery session we will complete a beer tasting of three beers.
This class will last approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
