Pasta and Prosecco
Join us at our Pasta and Prosecco class where you will not only get the chance to learn to cook great pasta dishes but you will also get to taste and learn about Prosecco.
This is a great fun filled class which takes you through the process of making fresh pasta from scratch, followed by a tasting of three different Proseccos.
At this Prosecco and Pasta class you will be making fresh pasta which will include some of the following pastas; linguine, paparadelle or ravioli along with a duck ragu and we will take your tastebuds through three very different Proseccos. This is a class for everyone.
This class will last approximately three hours during the week and 4 on a Saturday including time to sit back, relax and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine.
It also includes a cookery school apron and recipes to take home.
