The Italian cooking class has been a staple on the Cookery School calendar and is always popular with cooks who want to make new dishes at home. We will make fresh bread, restaurant pasta and risotto dishes and a biscotti for dessert.
The menu we will cook at this class will be a selection of some of the following: Focaccia, orzo soup, crab and chilli linguine, parmesan risotto and biscotti for the traditional affogato dessert.
This class lasts 3 hours during the week and on a Saturday, this class lasts approximately 4 hours.
You will have plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine.
It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
