New to the Kitchen – Seasonal Cooking
Learning to cook is something we all should know and this class will help with anyone new to the kitchen. As a novice to the kitchen, we will also take you through basic knife skills.
So if you have recently found yourself standing at the stove wondering how to improve on your beans on toast, this is the class for you. We will show you how to cook a fabulous 3 course meal and give you handy tips and tricks all cooks should know.
At this class you will learn to make a 3 course meal including a selection of seasonal dishes for example, the perfect roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings and a vegetable soup as well as a dessert of apple Charlotte.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours during the week, and 4 hours on a Saturday, with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary glass of wine. It also includes a Cookery School apron and recipes to take home.
