Wine and Food Pairing
We always get asked about pairing food with wine for dinner and this class is very popular on the Cookery School schedule.
At this class we will make a three course meal and you will then sit down and enjoy two tasting glasses of wine with each course. Our team will be on hand to inform you on how and why which wines work best with the meal and be able to answer any questions.
This Cookery Class will include cooking a starter of Peppered beef, a main course of Curried Monkfish and a dessert of Pear Panna Cotta. Each course will be paired with two tasting glasses of wine.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal and the selection of wines chosen for you to complement your 3 courses.
